The Inside Edge Hockey League has been helping players learn and develop the game of hockey for the past 15 years. This non-contact recreational hockey league is designed for adults of all ages. With now FOUR divisions, there is the right place for everyone! Never played hockey before? No problem! Looking to brush up on your skills? We've got you covered! Have a team that's looking to play competitively? There's a place for you too!

DIVISIONS
The Rookie Division is perfect for beginners looking to get into the game of hockey. Each session includes both games and practices that cover the fundamentals of both hockey and skating. Required that you have some prior skating experience (must know how to skate
forward and glide), however no hockey experience is required!
ROOKIE
(LEVEL 1)
SOPHOMORE
(LEVEL 2)
The Sophomore Division is perfect for the player that is still looking to brush up on their skills, but at a medium pace. This league is also great for friends, couples and co-workers who want to play on the same team in a league that offers some competition but in a very fun, friendly environment.
(LEVEL 3)
INTERMEDIATE
The Intermediate Division is designed for more experienced players. This non-contact division has a higher tempo and
competitive level of play Although more
competitive, this division still contains zero tolerance for the safety of the players.
ELITE
(LEVEL 4)
The new Elite Division is designed for players looking to submit a full team with the highest level of competition at Inside Edge Hockey. Zero tolerance hockey but players are to understand that there will be more speed and physicality.
