It started with a handful of adults wanting to learn how to skate. A few months later those same adults wanted a place to play and learn the game of hockey.

Fast forward to 20 years later and the Inside Edge Hockey family has grown to over 20 league teams and hundreds of men and women of all ages playing the game we love.

​

The Inside Edge Hockey League is not your typical hockey league. The purpose of the league was for players to play in an environment that was comfortable to them and not overly competitive. A league where someone who hasn't played hockey in 30 years could step on the ice for the first time and not be judged. A league that enabled a husband and wife, a father and son, or best of friends to play on the same team. A league where you meet new people and have a drink with them after the game.

Inside Edge Hockey is all about camaraderie. 

​

We've designed programs for players of all ages to go out and enjoy the game of hockey with zero tolerance for violent behaviour. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff are onsite each week to make sure that games are safe, and that winning isn't a priority.

​

Rest assured, if you love the game, there is a place here for you. Our seasons run from fall to spring, with power skating and hockey skills sessions that run during the summer months. We're here to keep you moving!
