To ensure fairness to all skaters, and to allow us to plan our programs effectively, please review our refund policy carefully before registering.

• All registrations are considered a commitment to the program

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to the program start date to be eligible for a refund

• Approved refunds will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee

• No refunds will be issued once the program has begun, regardless of reason (including schedule changes, other activities, or change of interest)

We kindly ask individuals to register only if they are confident they intend to participate. Registering to “hold” or block a spot prevents other skaters from enrolling and impacts program planning. As such, late withdrawals will result in financial loss.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to provide high-quality programs while keeping registration fair for all participants.

Inside Edge Skating & Hockey reserves the right to move a player from one specific program to another if they are deemed to have registered for the wrong program. Inside Edge Skating & Hockey has the right to remove any player from a program without refund due to inappropriate behaviour, including disrespect to other players, league officials, and league organizers.
